In trying to stop the 99p, the spies discover a surprising sinister link to the advertising agency that Mrs King has hired to boost St Hearts' income levels.
KORPS has abducted the country's most famous agony aunt, Mandy Pluckey. In addition to solving teenagers' troubles, she's the trusted confidante of the Prime Minister.
