Maddie is a 7-year-old girl who loves music and adventure, and just so happens to have a vision impairment. Triggs is her doggy best friend who loves doggy biscuits and mischief!They live together with their mum and dad in a colourful town of Higgledy-Piggledy, and here they find music and adventure in the sounds of the everyday by really listening to the world around them.
Maddie and Triggs decide to measure their sunflowers to see how much they have grown, and Maddie is disappointed that her flower has not grown as tall as everyone else's. As they talk to the flower, they think they might know the reason. Before long, Maddie is helping their little flowery friend to say yes and be positive.
While out for an evening walk, Maddie, Triggs and Dad meet a little bat who's lost! As Brigid tells them all about how she uses sound to get around, Maddie and Triggs make some bat noises of their own as they take flight and help Brigid find her way back home.
Maddie and Triggs are relaxing in the garden when they hear a meow from next door. It's Phillip's new 'pet' kitten, Peanut! Phillip wants Peanut to do tricks to impress his friends, but Maddie and Triggs help Phillip to understand that there's more to pets than tricks.
When Triggs's chewy ball gets lost, Maddie and Triggs discover a whole world run by the Dust Bunnies - the tiny creatures who keep all the stuff that ends up under the couch! Can Maddie and Triggs convince them that they are caring and responsible enough to get their ball back?
Maddie and Triggs are having a sleepover at Nana and Dadó's, and they have a whole list of things they want to do. But when the electricity suddenly goes out, the group are forced to think of other ways to entertain themselves. Do they really need electricity to have fun with their family?

It's a hot summer's day in Higgledy Piggledy, and Granny is taking Maddie and Triggs to visit Mr Moon's shop for a treat. Maddie is confused because the shop doesn't seem like much fun. But Mr Moon has more than a few surprises and tasty treats up his sleeve!
Mum's got a new sound bowl, and Maddie and Triggs are eager to join her for some meditation. Being still and listening to Mum's sound bowl is right up Triggs's street, but Maddie soon realises that people have very different ways to feel calm and relaxed.
Maddie and Triggs are having a camping sleepover in their garden, but things take a mysterious twist when Dad discovers someone, or something, has been eating the vegetables in his veggie patch. Maddie and Triggs turn super sleuths and conclude this is the work of a veggie monster!
When Maddie is invited to play a new game, tennis by sound, she is initially apprehensive - she's worried she won't be able to see the ball! Luckily, Bella the Ball is here to help, and before long, Maddie discovers all the fun you can have when you really take the time to listen.
When Maddie and Triggs realise it's time for Uncle George to go, they do everything they can to stop him from leaving - it's been such a fun holiday, and they don't want it to stop! But luckily, Uncle George knows some more ways they can say goodbye - without actually saying goodbye.
