Joey is away at school, and the distance is driving him and Ally apart. Meanwhile, Rio and Sean kick off the summer with a beach day where they meet Bradley, a former acquaintance of Sean's. Is Bradley a friend or foe?

As Ally worries about her first live music performance, Joey gets approached by a sorority girl who's low key into him. Meanwhile, Sean unveils his big surprise to Rio!

Things seem to be taking off for Rio, but it looks like it's bringing out Sean's jealous side. Meanwhile, Joey tries to come clean with Maddie but it doesn't work. Later, Ally meets a cute music producer who wants to work with her while Courtney and Keaton try to keep their relationship on the DL.

Ally follows her dreams as she meets with music producer Ajdin at the studio. Meanwhile Joey runs into Maddie at her sorority's fundraiser, and the tension is real. Sean tags along on set with Rio and Bradley, feeling like a third wheel as he feels his relationship threatened.

Ally is back at the studio, where Ajdin encourages her to write a new song that comes from the heart. She feels herself drifting even farther from Joey, so this provides inspo for her new song. Meanwhile, Rio becomes fed up with Sean's jealousy, while Joey has something to reveal to Maddie...

Sean expresses his distrust about Bradley and Rio to the boys. Meanwhile, Courtney is insistent that Joey is cheating, but Ally doesn't want to hear it!

Rio questions if Sean is being controlling or just jealous of her being around Bradley. Meanwhile, tensions rise as Courtney suspects that Keaton's been cheating.

Joey is ready to show Ally how committed he is to her but Ally senses some other forces are now coming into play. Meanwhile Bailey is looking for a new roomie, perhaps she will be able to lock down Ally.

Rio questions if she was too harsh during her confrontation with Sean. Ally and Courtney sit down for the first time since their fight, but can they remain friends? Meanwhile, Sean and Bradley meet face to face.

Joey, feeling ignored by Ally, makes a decision he will soon regret. Meanwhile Sean, Van, and Keaton decide to crash a party where they know Rio is at but it seems like Bradley may have gotten to Rio first.

While Joey tries to make the decision to fight temptation, Ally has a a few decisions to make of her own. Meanwhile, after discovering Bradley with Rio, Sean decides it might be time to go after a new Bae.

Joey finally returns to Malibu and Keaton decides to throw a party for the whole crew. With Rio out of the picture, Sean decides to make his move with Bailey but seems like Courtney may be having some doubts about her love life.

After a sudden breakup at the industry party, Rio and Sean finally talk things out, but is it too late? Meanwhile, Ally is beginning to think that there is more to Maddie then Joey is letting her in on.

Bradley is ready to make his relationship official with Rio while Courtney is going for the opposite with Keaton. Meanwhile, Ally's fears come true when she finds out about the kiss between Joey and Maddie.

After a rough breakup with Courtney, the boys band together to get Keaton out of the house. All seems to be going well until Ally finds out that girls are participating in the alleged "guys day".

Rio tries again to mend things with Sean and let's him in on Bradley's true colors. Later, Ally and the girls show up to the party to confront Joey who is found chatting it up with another girl. Is this the final straw for their relationship?

With Joey seemingly out of the picture Bradley sets his sights on Ally after a swift rejection from Rio. Joey isn't sure what he wants but Sean thinks love is always worth fighting for.

Rio and Sean are back together and they are better than ever, or are they? The girls come over and spill the tea on what Sean has been up to lately.

Joey decides that he's ready to give things another shot with Ally but gets interrupted by her rebound. Meanwhile, Rio is deciding what she should do with the news about Sean and Bailey.
