Viola has been kidnapped by a woman named Elva for a year now. During that time, she's been locked up and treated like a pet cat. The boredom has become unbearable, as she hasn't been outside the house, not even for a minute, in an entire year. Desperate for a change, Viola begs Elva to let her go outside for a walk, promising she won't try to escape. At first, Elva refuses, but Viola keeps insisting, assuring her that she will keep her promise.

Viola, a girl held captive for a year by Elva and treated like a pet cat, is finally taken outside for the first time. They visit a remote place where escape is nearly impossible. Believing in a glimpse of kindness, Viola obeys, hoping for freedom promised by Elva. But beneath the calm surface, an unexpected event awaits.

After disappearing for a month, taken by someone she barely saw, Viola now finds herself in the hands of Talia, Elva's former friend and her previous captor's confidante. Talia intends to treat Viola like a baby, yet her methods are far too harsh and cruel to be considered motherly. Meanwhile, Elva, who spent a year "taming" Viola, is left in despair. Viola's fate grows even darker, trapped in a new form of abuse, gentle in concept, but far more brutal in action.

After being taken from Elva, who treated her like a pet cat, Viola is now under Talia's control, who treats her as if she were a baby. When Elva arrives at Talia's house, a clash between two psychopathic women becomes inevitable as they fight over their shared obsession. a violent clash between two psychopaths becomes inevitable. Both fight over Viola, the girl who has become the object of their twisted obsession. In the chaos, Viola remains silent, paralyzed by fear and trauma, too afraid to escape even when the chance is right in front of her.

After successfully getting rid of Elva, Talia finally gains full control over Viola. In her obsessive way, Talia begins enforcing a series of strict rules that force Viola to behave like her own baby. Gradually, Viola's life becomes entirely dependent on Talia, just like an infant who cannot live without her mother. But when Talia discovers that Elva is still alive, she hurriedly takes Viola to a new place to avoid the possibility of Elva returning and ruining everything.

This film continues the story from "Memiliki Viola Part 5." After Talia strikes Viola for not crying like a baby before eating, Viola finally bursts into tears. To Talia, those tears are more than emotions, they are a trigger that awakens her twisted sense of motherhood. In her delusional view, Viola only looks like a real baby when she cries. After feeding Viola tenderly yet under absolute control, Talia punishes her again, simply because Viola failed to cry first before eating. To Talia, a "baby" must cry for everything, even for food. Viola's days turn into a relentless cycle of pressure and submission. Talia keeps indoctrinating and training her to think, act, and behave like an infant, until Viola has no choice but to recognize Talia as the "mother" she must completely obey. Each time Viola breaks one of Talia's strict rules about how a "baby" should behave, harsh punishment follows without mercy. Ironically, after every punishment ends, Talia's so-called maternal side resurfaces. She soothes Viola's tears with a tender embrace and a disturbing sense of affection. In those twisted moments, Talia begins breastfeeding Viola while holding her close against her breast, allowing the girl to nurse eagerly, as if finding comfort and safety in her captor's arms, until she finally falls asleep, like a baby drifting into slumber after being fed. For Talia, this is love, her own obsessive version of it: to love, to control, and to "care" for Viola in a world built entirely from her delusion.
