Mob Wives is a docu-soap series which follows the lives of a group of ("according to the federal government") associated women at a crossroads, struggling to establish their own identities and carry on while their loved ones do time for Mob-related activities. Along the way they battle their friends, families, and each other as they try to do what's best for themselves, their children, and their future.When lines are crossed and when true colors come out - Who will unite and who will fight? Now those bonds are put to the ultimate test in the sixth and final season of Mob Wives coined Mob Wives: The Last Stand.For the final, emotionally-charged cycle, Mob Wives: The Last Stand returns the focus exclusively to where it all began – New York City. The Philly girls have left the building, and the "OG" cast is back together on Staten Island, where they always keep it "one-hundred" with each other. But amongst this sisterhood could there be enemies within?Since the series premiere in 2011, the women have created new lives for themselves as their loved ones do time for alleged mob-related activities. For each of these women, the struggle is real, and sometimes betrayal is a way of life. Season 6 covers a particularly full range of stories: writing a personal tell-all, battling cancer and shutting a beloved business, dealing with a rebellious teenage daughter, coping with a father's imprisonment, calling out supposed friends for being fake, or being the new girl and having to prove that you're authentic. Despite the high-octane drama these ladies are known for, they are more than just their "reputed" mob connections. They are mothers and wives, businesswomen and entrepreneurs, and for the last time, they're putting it all on the line to survive. Complicating the situation even more, two local newcomers are about to make their presence known in no uncertain terms.
Renee is amped to finally get on the table for her full body makeover, but her "easy-fix" suddenly turns into her plastic surgery nightmare. Meanwhile, Drita and Carla are ready to dive into summer fun as newly single ladies.
At Renee's party, Drita's make-up talk with Karen takes a vicious turn. Later, Junior finds out his sentencing from last year's mob bust and we learn of new mob wife's Ramona's infamous Mafia lineage.
In the aftermath of her party, Renee takes up her issues with the ladies violent behavior and sets out to confront Carla. Drita takes some serious steps to deal with life after Lee.
With Ramona in the mix, frenemy lines are fiercely drawn between the two camps of women. When Karen and Carla have a sit down, tempers flare as Karen declares war and Carla the "Ice Princess" turns up the heat.
As tensions flare between Ramona and Carla, Drita takes further steps to finalize her divorce.
Renee's insecurities about Junior's past cheating ways start to resurface, and with Drita's help, Renee's curiosity leads to breaking into Junior's phone.
After an intense couples counseling session, Renee faces the harsh realities that the fairytale life with Junior she's always dreamed of may be nothing but a nightmare. Karen begins to promote her tell all book "Mob Daughter".
As Halloween descends on Staten Island, things get tricky when both Ramona and Drita plan bashes to celebrate on the same night. After an explosive couples counseling session, Renee and Junior are haunted by their past.
The girls head to the Poconos for a few days of relaxation away from the pressures of life on the Island, leaving Drita behind to curb her temper with anger management.
Renee loses her cool with a bar patron in the Poconos, Big Ang recovers from surgery, and Ramona's daughter asks to visit Joe in jail.
