Førde takes over the murder investigation and wants to close down Sogn police station at the same time. Ole defies orders and follows his own trail.
The idyllic village of Sogn is shattered when a man is shot in the street. A stolen rifle leads the investigation in divergent directions.
It turns out that it's not just apples that are grown in Sogn. A case hits Ole hard personally, while also building up to a dramatic showdown in the mountains.
