Koža is a Serbian television series filmed in 2023 based on a script by Nikola Pejaković and directed by Saša Hajduković. It represents the third and final part of the trilogy about the city of Banja Luka, which comes after the great regional success of the film and the series Meat and Bones.
Slobodan Milošević, the main character of the series whose name and surname are the former president of Serbia, is released from prison in The Hague after fifteen years of imprisonment. Slobodan will find himself on the street without documents and with the real possibility of being arrested again as an illegal immigrant. He spends his moments of freedom with the priest he knows from prison, as well as with the memories that haunt him...
On his way to Banja Luka, Slobodan will pass through various cities and meet various people - friends and enemies, known and unknown. As he travels, images from his past life return to him, as does the image of his fall...
Upon returning to his hometown of Banja Luka, Slobodan will be awaited by demons he forgot about - some old loves and some unforgiven debts...
Slobodan is trying to stabilize his life. But, under the radar and in his ignorance, conflicts and dramas take place that will also affect his fate...
