Ossan's Love Thailand revolves around a young and unlucky-in-love property consultant, Heng. He suddenly finds his world turned upside down when he becomes entangled in a chaotic love triangle. His boss, Kongdech, and his coworker and housemate, Mo, both develop feelings for him, throwing his life into turmoil. To make things even more complicated, his childhood friend Chicha unexpectedly confesses her love for him as well.

Fed up with Heng needing to be constantly taken care of, his mother moves out of his house to force Heng to be more responsible. Mo, who has recently joined Heng's team at work moves in as Heng's new housemate.
Working with his friend and client, Alone, gives Heng a new perspective on his own recent love confessions.
The company trip gives Heng and Mo an opportunity to connect on everything that has transpired between them.
Kongdech's daughter, Cher-aim, begins investigating her father's new love "Honey" at the office.
Kongdech pretends to go to Japan for work, when he's actually on a religious retreat, trying to get over Hengney. Heng sees Ten and Mo holding hands at the bar and assumes they're dating. Chicha is temporarily homeless because of Thua's mistake, so Mo invites her to live in Heng's house.
Heng and Mo work with VIP clients and score free tickets to a theme park.
Heng and his boss have to stay a night in a haunted house in order to be able sell it to a client. Meanwhile Ten takes care of a sick Mo.
Heng and Mo take a trip to the hot springs together and meet Mo's family.
Kongdech surprises Heng with a public proposal. Heng struggles to find the right way to clear things up between him and the boss.
Kongdech and Mo try to help Heng recover his memory as the wedding date quickly approaches.
