The Neils risk their lives in the sweltering heat of an abandoned quartz mine to stave off mounting bills.

After a near-catastrophic cave-in at Shane Dohnt's crocoite mine, Kyle Archer and his team must work an abandoned drive reclaimed by rainforest, while Frankie and Ebriony's grassland garnet expedition is cut short by bushfires. Their second sapphire mine still offline, The Rubyvale Boys send Shayne underground for any hope of reaching season target.
