Nonprofit executive Chelsea is in Paris to secure a major donor, but begins an unexpected journey across Europe to reconnect with her past loves.
Chelsea begins her journey to reconnect to her past, and to find Colin, a sheep farmer in Ireland. Annabelle accompanies her, and Knightly grows curious.
Chelsea and Knightly team up and get back to work in Paris. Meanwhile, French photographer Sebastian re-enters Chelsea's life.
Chelsea and Knightly are surprised to find themselves growing closer during their time together in Paris, as their big donor meeting finally approaches.
Encouraged by Knightly to seek out answers to the last few lingering questions about her past loves, Chelsea goes to Spain, and to Marcos's vineyard.
Change is in the air as Chelsea looks back on all of her loves and losses, now finally ready to face the future and anything it may hold for her.
