The 25-year-old Latina was named today during an exclusive luncheon on the grounds of the Playboy Mansion. Hef and Playmate of the Year 2012 Jaclyn Swedberg were on hand to congratulate Raquel, who, with $100,000 in prize money and keys to her PMOY car (in this case a one-year lease on a Jaguar F-Type) in hand, couldn’t contain her excitement.
