Vitya settled down in the North. Now he is the best farmer in the Arctic and the owner of a business development grant. It is going to expand and build a tourist town next to the Polar One. Vitya is also preparing to propose to Polina. At the same time, a crisis manager from Moscow, Raisa Borisovna, arrives in the city. She also has big plans for the Polar, but of a completely different nature – by order from above, the largest landfill in Europe should grow next to the city. But here's the problem – it is in this place that Vitya's farm is located.

Tolya and Kolya are forced to work off their debt to Raisa. They will have to work as a "wiretap" on Vitya's farm. On the other end of the line are the mayor and Zyuzin. Vitya quickly discovers the spies and comes up with a legend about diamond smuggling. What will the mayor do to seize this non-existent wealth? Meanwhile, Polina resumes her psychological practice and tries to help her first clients, Bolt and Angela, who are in the midst of a post—wedding crisis.

Polina doesn't understand why Vitya is dragging his feet with the proposal. Angela advises her to try role-playing games. Polina tries on a latex catwoman costume and gets hopelessly stuck in it. At the same time, she has to be at a parent-teacher meeting at school in half an hour. Tolya and Kolya install a new Jacuzzi in Bolt's house. Naturally, there are many adventures, and Nuzhdin is single-handedly trying to neutralize a dangerous gang of poachers.

A snowstorm is coming to Polar. Vitya and Polina want to wait him out at home by the fireplace, in a romantic setting. But Lyuba has other plans – she's going to expose Vitya and find out why he hasn't proposed to Polina yet. Besides Luba, Vitya and Polina will have a lot of uninvited guests on this day.

Bolt decides to become a real farmer, but he can't decide who to start breeding. Vitya, as an experienced breeder, goes with a friend to the bird market. Tolya and Kolya go on a picnic, where they find a space capsule with a Chinese cosmonaut who made a hard landing. Kolya decides to take the cosmonaut to the hospital, and Tolya remains to guard the capsule. What will come of it?

Bolt decides to sneak into Raisa's hotel room to get some dirt on her. But he falls into an unexpected trap. Kolya watches a pseudoscientific marathon about aliens on TV all night. His weak psyche cannot withstand so much information, and now it seems to Kolya that Polar is captured by reptilians. And Lyuba suspects Vitya of having a woman on the side.

The mayor is no longer able to live on one salary. He goes back to his old ways and steals budget money. The local nursing home suffers from this. Vitya decides to restore justice. But not in the most standard way. Lyuba wins the main prize in the Orthodox lottery and prepares to spend two weeks in Greece. For a happy holiday, it is enough to have an interview with the priest. A serious surprise awaits the priest.

Vitya goes to an agricultural forum at a local boarding house. Together with him, Ilyich, who once went to this boarding house on a voucher, and now decided to remember his youth, is being imposed. Raisa wants to compromise Vitya and plant prostitutes in his room. But the numbers are so easy to confuse... the mayor, Zyuzin and the entire police department will have to defend the honor of Polyarny in a hockey match against the governor's team. Tolya and Kolya will go in search of the treasure.

The mayor arranges a fake certificate stating that Bratan has been diagnosed with rabies. In response, Vitya decides to visit the administration. Tolya sets up a date with a schoolmate he hasn't seen in 10 years. Meanwhile, Kolya tries to discover his hidden talents.

Nemolyaev goes into an uncontrollable binge. The entire police department is sent to search for him. Unfortunately, it was on this day that Albert, Raisa's boss, decided to visit Polyarny. Tolya and Kolya, in collusion with a midget artist, commit a daring abduction from a traveling circus. And Vitya and Bolt discover an unexpected inheritance from the previous owner in the basement of the house.

Raisa gives Vita one last opportunity to solve everything in a good way. And to make him think faster, he turns his farm into a snow dump. Vitya undertakes to solve this problem, and therefore Raisa expects a very unambiguous visual answer.

Bolt and Angela continue to attend Polina's classes in an attempt to establish a personal life. Tolya decides to arrange a romantic balloon dinner for Terentyeva, but the ubiquitous Irka intervenes in his plans.

The annual dumpling fair is held in Polyarnoye. The highlight of the program should be a giant Dumpling King sculpted in Polar. But his transportation was entrusted to Nuzhdin.

It turns out that Polina is still formally married to her first husband. Vitya undertakes to correct this misunderstanding. But when meeting Polina's ex in person, new unexpected circumstances are revealed. The police officers, led by Nemolyaev, are sent to the Anti-Poacher-2021 exercises in order to win the main prize. But as usual, everything is not going according to plan.

Vitya and Polina are preparing for the wedding. But Polina suddenly begins to doubt her decision. Vitya has only half a day to prove to Polina that he is exactly the one she needs. Raisa unexpectedly finds old documentation in the administration of Polyarny, which is able to put an end to the Showcase rights to the farm. But Raisa herself gets an unexpected stab in the back. Raisa wants to take revenge on Albert for his betrayal and form an alliance with Vitya. But there is only one problem – when she wakes up, she realizes that she is not in Polar. And not even in Russia. Albert is preparing to storm Vitya's farm with the help of special equipment. But Vitya and the other heroes do not intend to give up without a fight. Who's going to take it?
