Julian and Angela are a young family in Brisbane looking to at their next stage of life and need to update their dream block. In a tricky position between wanting to create a dream home, but also very budget conscious, Andy and Deb are on the case to help them to decide which way to go.

As the homeowners live overseas, project manager Joseph is on the case to help the family make the right decision for their home in Sydney, with Norm and Jess helping every step of the way, there is alot of pressure to make the right call on whether they should renovate or Rebuild.

With the construction world being turned on its head, hard decisions have had to be made by the homeowners. As they've now invested all their money into their investment property that's better for their family and schools, we follow this unique renovation that's on a very tight timeline.
