Scott McGillivray and Bryan Baeumler enlist four contractor and designer duos in a competition to create gorgeous, waterfront cabins at Scott's newly-purchased lakeside resort. Only one team will be crowned supreme, and they'll take home $100,000!
The season premiere will follow each team as they choose their cabin's exterior finishes, and they'll be paired up to design the outdoor communal spaces on both the land and the lake. In a surprise twist, Scott and Bryan also reveal that an additional $100,000 in cash and prizes will be awarded to the weekly challenge champions in the most winning season of Renovation Resort Showdown ever.
