Leaders in the music industry joined together in 1983 to establish the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Foundation. One of the Foundation's many functions is to recognize the contributions of those who have had a significant impact on the evolution, development and perpetuation of rock and roll by inducting them into the Hall of Fame!
The 2019 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees are Stevie Nicks, Radiohead, Janet Jackson, Def Leppard, The Cure, and The Zombies.
Presenters include Harry Styles for Stevie Nicks, Brian May (Queen) for Def Leppard, Janelle Monáe for Janet Jackson, Trent Reznor (Nine Inch Nails) for The Cure, David Byrne for Radiohead, John Taylor & Simon Le Bon (Duran Duran) for Roxy Music and Susanna Hoffs (The Bangles) for The Zombies.
The 34th Annual Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, presented by Klipsch Audio, will take place on Friday, March 29, 2019 at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. The Rock Hall unveil its 2019 Inductee exhibit at the Museum in Cleveland, Ohio in conjunction with the celebration.
