Rocko is a wallaby who has emigrated to America from Australia. He lives in O-Town and tries to get through life but, of course, comes across a multitude of dilemmas and misadventures he must get through. Other characters include Rocko's best friend, Heffer, a steer who has been raised by wolves, Filbert, a paranoid hypochondriac turtle, Rocko's faithful (but none-too-bright) dog Spunky, and Ed Bighead who detests Rocko and hates having him for a next door neighbour. On this show, Rocko has such adventures as trying to adapt to a new vacuum cleaner, having Heffer move in temporarily after his parents kick him out, and going to a movie theatre.
In an effort to become physically fit, Rocko and Heffer join a health club.
Rocko joins millions of cash-poor consumers when he gets a credit card.
Mrs. Bighead tries to win Rocko's affections.
Heffer moves in with Rocko.
Rocko experiences the thrills of traveling by plane.
Rocko decides that it's time to give Spunky a bath.
Mr. Bighead threatens to condemn Rocko's property if he doesn't clean up his yard.
Rocko is pulled over by the police because of a missing gas cap. His car is impounded, and to get it back he must suffer the unspeakable torment of the DMV.
Rocko manages the comic book store while his boss is on vacation.
Heffer has a near-death experience at the Chokey Chicken.
Rocko and Heffer visit a dude ranch, where Heffer makes a few new friends.
Rocko decides to do some last-minute cleaning on trash day.
Rocko and Heffer attend a baseball game hoping to catch a foul ball.
Rocko and Heffer go see a movie.
Rocko gets suckered into buying a super-duper vacuum cleaner in an effort to clean his house.
Rocko loses his job at the comic store and must find a new one.
Rocko and Heffer go to a carnival and learn the secret to winning a carnival game.
Rocko and Spunky cool off on a hot summer day by spending a nice relaxing day at the beach.
The Bigheads take a trip to a mountain cabin for romance and relaxation, but are surprised to find Rocko and Heffer making the same trip for very different reasons.
Filburt asks Rocko to be his patient for his final dental exam.
Rocko and Spunky run to the local grocery store to take advantage of a big sale.
Rocko gets the flu and must be cured before the big wrestling match the next night.
Heffer invites Rocko to have dinner with his family.
Rocko appears on a dating show.
Spunky develops an unhealthy crush on Rocko's mop.
Rocko learns that laundry day can be very dangerous.
