Sex Up - ich könnt' schon wieder is a sequel to the teen comedy television movie Sex Up - Jungs haben's auch nicht leicht. Ziege and Häschen moved to Berlin to study. Without money they try to survive in the hard life of a student. Together with their friend Max they discover the reborn "Sex Up"-plant and see the big chance to make a lot of money. But with more and more people discovering the wonder plant someone tries to ruin the business of the boys.

After the success of the first part, ProSieben produced a sequel that was also successful. While André Emanuel Kaminski and Jacob Matschenz portraying their roles again, Joseph Bolz didn't want to return. For him comes Jonas Jägermeyr as Max, who also portrays a gay character like Bolz did in the first part.
