Ray's The Steak is a local favorite serving succulent steak dishes that have loyal clientele coming back for more. Even the President is a fan! The Partisan is at the forefront of DC's modern cuisine serving fresh, high quality meat thanks to their own in-house butcher shop. No part of the animal goes to waste here; they even fry an apple pie in beef fat.
