Strip Search (2001)

“Strip Search” was a weekly 30-minute long reality series seen in New Zealand in 2001. Billy Cross from Australia who was the creator of the all-male Australian dance group called “Thunder from Down Under” was the host of this series. He was in search of a new all-male dance group to showcase in Las Vegas.

Billy selected a group of contestants to try-out for this new dance revue. They began with 15 possible male candidates and over a 7 week period eliminated 1 guy each week to get down to a final 7 forming the group called "KiwiFire".
