Set in the city of Kittydale, each SuperKitties episode features two stories as the four kittens, cuddled up at the Purr 'N' Play playspace or out playing around town, receive a "SuperKitty Call" from one of their animal friends with a problem that only the SuperKitties can help with, usually caused by one of the comedic villains in the series: Cat Burglar, Mr. Puppypaws, Lab Rat or Zsa-Zsa. With plenty of super skills and gadgets at their disposal, the SuperKitties set off to thwart the villains' plans and impart important messages along the way.
The SuperKitties must stop Lab Rat from chasing cats with her mega-mouse.
The SuperKitties visit Willa in the Wild Jungle.
Zsa-Zsa disguises herself as the Tooth Fairy so she can steal Bitsy's tooth and get a present.
The SuperKitties save Kittydale from Lab Rat's stinky muffins.
When Zsa-Zsa steals all the pet beds in Kittydale, the SuperKitties and Willa race to get them back.
The Glamsters make a glittery mess in the jungle as they look for a unicorn.
The SuperKitties must stop the Glamsters from stealing all the veggies in Kittydale.
The SuperKitties save Kittydale from Lab Rat's purple Octo-Gummies.
The SuperKitties must stop Zsa-Zsa from stealing all the pink items in Kittydale!
Mr. Puppypaws and Cat Burglar compete to see who is the best baddie in town.
The Kitties must save Kittydale's Halloween candy from Lab Rat's Franken-Rat robot.
The Kitties stop Mr. Puppypaws from spoiling Kittydale's Pumpkin Parade.
The Kitties and Willa stop Mr. Puppypaws from stealing a special duckie diamond hidden in the Wild Jungle.
When Cat Burglar accidentally steals Papa Bird's egg, the SuperKitties must get it back.
