"Every mum needs her Supernanny; ...surprisingly compulsive viewing. ...Frost's ideas certainly seem to be having an impact on the way people deal with their children." - The Sunday Times Television's newest superhero can tame the wildest toddler, soothe the savage six-year-old and get the most difficult child to overcome problems with behavior, sleep, mealtime, potty training and other challenges that have vexed parents around the world for centuries. This miracle worker is Jo Frost, a.k.a. Supernanny, Britain's hottest new TV star and godsend to desperate parents across the U.K. who were dazzled by her amazing results when her series debuted this summer, as she showed families the tools for transforming their children's wild ways. Jo visits the Italian-American Bruno family in Trinity, Florida where John and Denise Bruno have four daughters: 15-year-old Mariah, 13-year-old Taylor, 6-year-old Isabella (or "Bella"), and 4-year-old Samantha (or "Sam").
Jo visits the Amouri Family in Michigan where Tamara (aged 31) and Michael (aged 30) need help with their 4 children: 4-year-old Hailey, 2-year-old twins Jianni and Julian, and 1-year-old Ashton.
Hailey is stubborn and bossy towards her parents, the twins get into everything in the house, and the house is so unprotected, baby Ashton nearly gets into a light socket. The kids also sneak out of the house and run out on the street unsupervised.
Tamara spends most of her day cleaning and Michael works many hours every day. Jo is shocked when she discovers that Hailey has been listening to gangster rap on her mom's MP3 player. Can Jo help this family out?
