Sitcom following the antics of Toni, a self-deluding owner of a car showroom staffed by top salesman and alcoholic Geoff, trainee Paul and the object of Toni's affections, Miranda.
After Geoff accuses Swiss Toni of being scared of women, Swiss is terrorised by a gang of drunken girls.
During a leaving do for veteran mechanic Dick Jones, Swiss learns that his old pal, macho salesman Trevor Webb, has run off with a younger man and set up in antiques.
Swiss is celebrating his huge new sign and salesroom when things go wrong. He is electrocuted when the sign is struck by lightning. Then his wife leaves him, forcing him to face the threat of living with his mother.
Swiss is trying out yet another doomed promotion, only this time he's hired a robot, Fothergill 2000, in an attempt to attract customers.
Looks like something went completely wrong!
