In a converted van, Øystein and Rune plan to drive from Portugal to the Russian-North Korean border. So the question is whether they will make it that far...
On the way north in Spain, Øystein gets an idea of how to fill the streets of Pamplona when there is no running of the bulls, while Rune models poo gnomes.
France offers a cookbook author, a dessert chef, toothache, and a forgotten bucket. While the Italians offer ferry trips and closed campsites.
In Switzerland, Øystein tries to make up for Rune's dentist by playing the accordion. And just over the border to Liechtenstein, they meet Ukrainians on the run.
Øystein tries to fulfill a youthful dream when he arrives in the Salzkammergut in Austria. And on their way north, they really get lost in Slovakia.
A toy museum, a salt mine and brakes that shake more than ever are just some of what meets the boys when they cross the border into Poland.
Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia offer a KGB museum, a summer castle, Norwegian soldiers and a city inhabited by rabbits, as the journey draws to a close.
