Overgeared

Unable to be resurrected at the Yatan Temple, Greed is transported to the advanced village of Vailan. However, the surrounding enemies are in the level 100s. With no money for a carriage ride, his level minus 3 leaves him stranded. Greed decides to use the power of a <Descendant of Fagma> to earn money and attempts to design a huge and powerful greatsword, but he lacks the materials and the project fails. Changing his approach, he tries to join a high-level guild. However, when Legas, the number one ranked martial artist, demands that he prove his strength, he tucks his tail between his legs and runs away. Thinking he should make items the hard way, Greed tries to learn from Smith, a blacksmith. However, Smith sees through his desire to make money easily, and Greed ends up learning the basics of blacksmithing little by little.

The Mero Company sends Huroi, an Orator, to the village. There, he forcibly triggers a hidden quest...!?

Grid faces Euphemina in a blacksmithing contest. The contest turns into an S-Ranked quest to rescue Huroi.

Grid continues his blacksmithing. He puts up an epic armor for auction, and gets a request for more.
