Hunt for ghosts with super sleuths Daphne, Shaggy and Scooby-Doo, because 13 of the world's meanest ghosts are on the loose! Joined by Flim-Flam, a pint-sized fast-talking magician/con artist, and guided by the world's greatest mystic, Vincent van Ghoul, the gang causes mayhem hunting ghosts around the world. Don't be scared!
A demon uses magic ink and draws himself into the newspaper comics. The paper is delivered to the gang by Weerd and Bogel.
Outraged by being denied membership to S.A.P.S., Weerd and Bogel steal some important mystic paraphernalia. This same material is needed to keep Vince from fading away. The S.A.P.S. and Scooby and the gang all chase the two inept ghosts.
Upon Scooby's return to his home town, a demon circus comes to plague Doosberry. It's up to the gang to save the city from being taken over by the phantom three-ring villains.
The gang goes on Boris Kreepoff's TV show in hopes of finding one of the demons and they have their chest of demons stolen. In their search for the chest, they find both a demon and a villain trying to steal the chest for his own gain.
Looks like something went completely wrong!
