The Better Half: SEC Wives

"The Better Half: SEC Wives" portrays how instrumental these women are in their husbands’ careers and in the college football landscape, while also capturing the lifestyle that comes with being married to an SEC coach. Each episode, airing over consecutive Wednesdays, includes expanded footage from time spent with each woman as she lives, and prepares to help their families navigate one of college football’s biggest stages.

In the first show, viewers will sit down and learn the history and moments that have shaped each wife. The following Wednesday, Oct. 8, fans will spend a day in the life of the women, and in the final show, Wednesday, Oct. 15, learn what a game day is like as a coach’s wife. The wives are Jen Bielema, Jill Freeze, Kristi Malzahn, Kathy Miles, Megan Mullen, Carol Muschamp, Kathryn Richt, Terri Saban and Jerri Spurrier. (Source: The SEC Network)
