The Exes revolves around three divorced men, ladies man Phil, homebody Haskell and newly-single and needy Stuart. The men live together in an apartment across the hall from their divorce attorney Holly, who also happens to be their landlord. Holly avoids her own relationship and commitment issues by becoming immersed in the men's affairs as they put their lives back together and return to the dating scene.
Phil makes a big mistake on his first date with a movie star so Holly has to infiltrate the red carpet to bail him out. Stuart and Haskell compete over who can get the most Twitter followers.
Holly and Nicki decide to have a girls' night out, but they end up fighting over the same man.
Holly convinces Stuart to quit his practice and buy a restaurant; Haskell tries to persuade Margo to marry her fiancé.
Stuart and Holly convince Margo to hold her wedding at the restaurant; Haskell tries to stop Margo's wedding.
Looks like something went completely wrong!
