Phreakers and their mischievous, foul-mouthed cat, Kitty spend their days dodging many things — the draft, the narcs and steady employment – all while searching for an altered state of bliss. But after partakking of a genetically mutated strain of marijuana, the Freaks wake up 50 years later to discover a much different society. Quickly feeling like fish out of water in a high-tech world of fourth-wave feminism, extreme gentrification and intense political correctness, the Freaks learn how to navigate life in 2020 — where, surprisingly, their precious cannabis is now legal.
After a robbery at the shop, the Freaks head south of the border to restock where Freddy is mistaken for a legendary dead kingpin known as El Blondo.
Posing as El Blondo to loot a bloodthirsty cartel's weed fields, a long-lost treasure and a needy village spark a moral dilemma for Freddy and crew.
The Freaks tumble into 1980s Hollywood where Phineas tries to stop the greed that ruined 2026-only to become the most powerful man in the country.
In a trippy future, Freddy and Franklin work with resistance fighters to return the tyrannical billionaire overlord Phineas back to his hippie roots.
Bumbling ICE agents Chuck and Charlie send Freddy, Gretchen, and Harper to Alcatraz-prompting a rescue mission that uncovers a mayoral conspiracy.
Competition across the street threatens to shutter the shop, but Franklin's viral fame and sudden ability to talk to animals could turn things around.
