New judge Caroline Waldegrave joins Paul Hollywood, with hosts Noel Fielding and Alison Hammond overseeing proceedings with their usual humour. This time, Kate Garraway, Phil Wang, Gbemisola Ikumelo and Sophie Willan take on mini loaf cakes in the Signature, before things get spicy in the Technical. And in the Showstopper, the celebs reveal their hidden talent in choux.
