Now in syndication in America, Jeremy tries to deal with the issues effecting everyday people, never afraid to say what he means, he believes the only way to solve a problem is to be open and honest. Dr Janet E. Taylor, heads up the aftercare department and can be seen in most episodes.

The show began airing in the UK at the start of 2012 in double bills on Saturday mornings at 9.30am on ITV1. By April it had also begun airing episodes on ITV2 at 6pm.
