This, the first of 11 nightly shows from Rio, is a celebration of all that was mind-blowing about London 2012 while teeing up what will be unmissable in Rio 2016 ahead of tonight's Opening Ceremony. The #isitok feature returns enabling viewers, and athletes alike, to ask the questions we're all too afraid to ask. The boys chat to C4's Paralympic presenters: Clare Balding, Breaking Bad's RJ Mitte, Ade Adepitan, Arthur Williams, JJ Chalmers, Sophie Morgan and Brazilian footballing legend Pele while also checking in on some of the show's favourite Superhumans of 2012.
