Based on an international hit, which already is a viral phenomenon with more than half a billion fans worldwide, and the No. 1 top-trending video of 2017 on YouTube, The Masked Singer features celebrities facing off against one another with one major twist: each singer is shrouded from head to toe in an elaborate costume, complete with full face mask to conceal his or her identity. Ken Jeong, Jenny McCarthy, Nicole Scherzinger and Robin Thicke serve on the panel and play detective, alongside host Nick Cannon.
The first six undercover celebrity singers -- peacock, hippo, monster, unicorn, deer and lion -- face off against one another in elaborate head-to-toe costumes.
The second six undercover celebrity singers -- rabbit, alien, raven, pineapple, poodle and bee -- face off against one another while wearing elaborate head-to-toe costumes.
Peacock, monster, unicorn, deer and lion take the stage for their second performances; Joel McHale joins as a guest panelist.

The first group of celebrity singers return to the stage to perform individually and as a group to keep themselves in the competition.
Keeping themselves masked, the remaining celebrity singers hit the stage to perform.

Two celebrities are unmasked, leaving only the top three singers; Kenan Thompson guest judges.
The three remaining finalists compete for the golden mask, and their identities are revealed; guest panelist Kenan Thompson.
