The Power Within

When a pilot named Chris Darrow is struck by lightning, his body absorbs the lightning's electrical energy which he can then discharge at will. He seeks help from his father, an Air Force general who contacts a scientist named Dr Joanne Miller, who supplies him with a voltage regulator disguised as a wristwatch that allows Chris to control the intensity of his power discharges. The only problem is, he now needs to recharge his body energy at regular intervals or he will die.
