Seven iconic Housewives begin their trip in Orange County to celebrate 20 years of the historic franchise. Vicki hosts a yacht party and the ladies reflect on some of their most memorable Housewives moments. Vicki tries to recreate OC's iconic Bunco party with some old friends at the Quiet Woman, where the night is anything but quiet.
One offhand comment leads to a bigger conversation; Teresa Giudice questions Vicki Gunvalson.
Kyle's iconic White Party returns with champagne flowing, surprise arrivals and an unforgettable performance from Luann; As some new friendships blossom, others are tested as tension between Vicki and Luann comes to a head over resurfaced comments.
The ladies trade Beverly Hills for Atlanta, where a drag brunch delivers a surprise entrance that leaves everyone gagged; the Alter Ego party returns, complete with sequins, shade and larger-than-life personalities.
The Alter Ego party continues with housewives that include Kim Zolciak, Sheree Whitfield, Lisa Wu4 and NeNe Leaks. After finding support from Teresa and Kyle, Lisa Barlow ruffles feathers when she delays the group's travel schedule.
The ladies touch down in Miami for cocktails, beach games and a heart-to-heart; Luann's gift of the gab has the group considering a talking interventions; Vicky finally whoops it up.
At Lisa Hochstein's lingerie party, Miami brings the heat. The ladies head to the Big Apple where Dorinda brings back the iconic Gangster Brunch. A moving reading from Carole has the women reflecting on the sisterhood forged through the years.
Luann takes center stage at her Halloween bash. Gizelle grows increasingly annoyed by Luann's need for the spotlight. Porsha's sets the stage for an eventful evening.
After an eight-hour sprinter van ride to the Berkshires, the group finally reaches the Bluestone Manor; housewives from across the years come together for one night, complete with a surprise appearance from Andy Cohen and a final celebration of the friendships and sisterhood.
