The group meet each other for the first time and are set their first two challenges: a travel-based task to assess their reading skills and a cookery task set by host Sandi's good friend Prue Leith
After 12 weeks of intensive study, Sandi Toksvig brings her group of adult learners together in London to perform a pantomime, which presents the challenge of learning scripts and reading aloud. Martin Kemp, who was diagnosed with dyslexia in 1995 after two brain tumours, is on hand to offer some acting advice before the show goes on in front of a live audience at the Globe.
