Total Bellas will follow the lives of Nikki Bella and Brie Bella and their significant others, John Cena and Daniel Bryan. On the upcoming six episode series we'll see Nikki recovering from neck surgery and discussing the fate of her career with Brie. "We don't know if you'll ever get back in the ring", Brie tells Nikki in the promo clip above. "Which means The Bella Twins will probably never get back in the ring". After Nikki's surgery, Brie and Bryan move in with Nikki and Cena and it sounds like there's drama brewing between the couples.
The Bella family is shocked to learn that Kathy must undergo a risky, emergency brain surgery. With their due dates fast approaching, Brie and Nicole announce some surprising plans for the future. The Bella pregnancy journey nears the finish line as one of the twins goes into labor.
The Bella family prepares to welcome its two newest members. While Nicole struggles through an intense labor, Brie holds out hope for a natural childbirth. Brie, Nicole, Bryan, and Artem share all the intimate and surprising moments from their childbirths.
With Artem back on "Dancing With The Stars," Nicole starts to crack under the pressure of raising Matteo on her own. Nicole and Brie break the news to Kathy about their move to Napa. Brie pushes Nicole and JJ to put an end to their family feud.
The Bellas head to Napa to see their newly purchased homes for the first time. Nicole struggles to tell Artem about her postpartum depression. Brie gets pushy with the rest of the Bella family. With the help of JJ, Brie tries to bring some Brie-mode back into Nicole's life
