This next challenge tests their endurance, mental strength and communication skills - three critical traits when entering the world of elite trainers. Threatened by a double elimination everyone will have to rise to the occasion in order to save themselves and their teammates.

After a brief moment of reflection with the iFIT trainers, the competitors get a chance to call home and check in before starting the race of a lifetime. The stakes have never been higher as the final six competitors face off in the last challenge to see who will win the big contract. The competition kicks off with an epic ocean boat race that will send 2 competitors home.
