TV Offal was a short-lived UK produced comedy series developed by Victor Lewis-Smith which covered rare, obscure, and sometimes offensive excerpts of various television shows, commercials, and projects from numerous archives, as well as poking fun at them and on occasion, a few celebrities

The show was best known for introducing the immortal "Rainbow Uncensored" clip for the first time on national television, the involvment of Professor Stephen Hawking in the openings of the series, and for it's series of comedy sketches featuring two Daleks (the nefarious metallic monstrosities from the classic series Doctor Who) as a pair of extremist homosexuals

There were several segments throughout the show, which consisted of the following

- Obituary Of The Week:: A humorous look at the death of either a current or generally obscure celebrity personality's "demise" followed by a satirical account of his/her contributions to the viewing public (which usually derails them) before revealing the exaggerated cause of death. The deaths are usually announced using a piece of dubbed dialog of the celebrities name over
an ITV News segment taken from the day Princess Diana died, so the newsreader in the footage always sounds bitter and traumatized.

-Kamikaze Karaoke: An attempt by the presenter to sing the lyrics of assorted celebrity musicans the way they "sound to him"

-The Gay Daleks: The Adventures of a gay Dalek couple often discussing their weekly "adventures" and bickering back and fourth within their space/time machine "The Turdis", their catchphrase "Exsperminate" occurred at the conclusion of every sketch whenever they were "turned on" by their arguing, followed by spontaneous orgasms.

-Assassination Of The Week: This piece usually aired before the commercial break in two parts showing rare clips of genuine assassination attempts, the end of one part challenges the viewer's memory of the event by asking whenever or not the person survives the attack, whilst the second part resolves the assassination and reveals the fate of the victim/victims. One of the only exceptions to this was the JFK assassination, which implied he fakes his death after snorting on his wife's dress in the Dallas limo upon being shot in the arm.

-Bad TV Logos Of The Week:: A small piece covering a bad television logo design for an obscure TV channel followed by a narration detailing some of said channel's biggest faults, from production to presenting.

-The Pilots That Crashed: Rare clips of shows that didn't quite become full length series for one reason or another.

-Prank Calls: At the conclusion of every episode, the presenter would make an obscene phone call that usually begins with good social graces or good intentions to either important media agents and directors, at television stations proposing ideas for game shows involving death by electric chair, or auditioning for announcing jobs with Tourrets Syndrome
