Anders lives a suburban life with his wife, daughter and dog. He has a good job, a habitual relationship: everything should be fine. But Anders left his dreams a long time ago and feels trapped in the well-polished suburban life. The couple's dinners, the renovation chatter, the holiday chatter and the middle-class lies lie up in his throat. When one day he sees his daughter in isolation, he feels that he has had enough. Desperate in his longing for change, he begins to harass his neighbors.
Filippa goes to Västerås to get some time for herself and leaves Anders in the middle of the renovation chaos. Jana's forty-year scale will be a chance for further revenge for Anders.
Anders covers up for Samir and Anna has had problems at school. Anders' revenge for this is unparalleled. Even Martin has had enough and takes Anders on a trip.
Martin confronts Dad Pedro and Anders has to get him an alibi. Now, when it can not get worse, Anders comes home to a surprise from Filippa.
Anders goes into therapy, burns bridges at the speaker's office and confronts Martin and Filippa. A family walk along the water takes a dramatic turn.
