Lambing season is in full swing for a farming family on The Black Mountain in the Brecon Beacons, where three children help their father to deliver a new generation of lambs. On the Pembrokeshire coast, artist Charlotte Cortazzi heads for Broad Haven South Beach to create sand art of a phoenix rising from the fire. Over on Anglesey in north Wales, mother-and-daughter climbing team Libby Peter and Zoe Wood take on the intimidating Mask of the Red Death.
The work of conservationists to preserve breeding pairs of ospreys, including one with a nest that was destroyed with a chainsaw. Plus, the Sea Watch team monitor bottlenose dolphins in Cardigan Bay, while in Snowdonia, lichenologist Joe Hope goes an incredible safari through one of the region's Celtic rainforests.
