Vannessa fears her best friends, Meghan and Ashley, are hating on her for losing weight and it's put their friendship in peril, but they're over Vannessa acting like the weight loss expert. 

Vannessa's decades-long friendship with Meghan and Ashely is on the verge of collapse. Scott, a new face at Dr. Procter's office, gets a wake-up call after stepping on the scale. 

Meghan, Ashely and Vannessa are ready to let the ice thaw by taking an ice plunge! While Tina faces her next challenge of getting approved for surgery, Ashely is faced with the hard truth that having a baby may be out of reach. 

Panic sets in for Tina on her surgery day; Vannessa bares all for yet another plastic surgeon in hopes of getting her skin removal surgery.

Vannessa takes a massive step forward on her weight loss journey. Scott addresses the mental side of his food addiction after the girls confront him about not losing enough weight. Tina struggles to adjust to her new life without her best friend: food.
