A&E After Dark

In Belfast's Royal Victoria A&E, an intoxicated woman complains loudly that she should be seen first before any foreigners and becomes increasingly aggressive. Dr Rosie cares for a 63-year-old woman with a significant head injury in Newham. In Belfast, Dr Alice runs urgent tests to assess 83-year-old farmer Ian, who is suffering from suspected life threatening abdominal pain.
