The award-winning comedian and co-host of the hugely popular Sunday Night Project hosts this topical showbiz game show as two teams of celebrities compete against each other for the winning prize each week. Among the teams, soap stars are pitted against the stars of a rival soap, boy bands take on girl bands and TV doctors and nurses compete against telly cops and robbers, all battling it out to prove who knows the most about the world of celebrity and showbiz gossip. Alan Carr's Celebrity Ding Dong combines Alan's quick-fire humour with an eclectic mix of celebrities.
Julie Goodyear, Ian Reddington, Sally Lindsay and Bruce Jones plays for team "Corrie", while Martine McCutcheon, Todd Carty, Gillian Taylforth and Joe Swash play for the "EastEnders" side.
Playing for the "I'm a Celebrity" team are Tony Blackburn, David Gest, Sophie Anderton and Christopher Biggins, meanwhile on team "Strictly" are Anton Du Beke, Claudia Winkleman, Craig Revel Horwood and Rachel Stevens.
Gok Wan, Nicky Clarke, Jodie Kidd and Nicky Hambleton-Jones play for the "Fashionistas" side, meanwhile Danny Dyer, Nick Moran, Martin Kemp and Neil Ruddock play for team "Hard Men".
Playing for the "Girl Bands" side are Shaznay Lewis, Coleen Nolan, Jenny Frost and Mutya Buena; meanwhile playing for the "Boy Bands" team is Antony Costa, Kenzie, Tony Mortimer and Kian Egan.
TV Talent Judges Louis Walsh, Amanda Holden, Neil Fox and John Barrowman pit themselves against Carol Vorderman, Rav Wilding, Trisha Goddard and Kate Garraway for the TV Presenters team.
Christmas Special featuring Adele Silva, Paul Daniels, Debra Stephenson and Barbara Windsor as the "Panto Goodies", also Claire Sweeney, John Thomson, Michelle Collins and Joe Pasquale as the "Panto Baddies".
