All or Nothing: The Michigan Wolverines goes behind-the-scenes of the winningest program in college football to chronicle Michigan's 2017 season. Head coach Jim Harbaugh leads his alma mater's young team as the series provides an intimate look at the lives, both on the field and off, of the student athletes charged with carrying on Michigan's legacy.
Football legend and head coach Jim Harbaugh takes his Michigan Wolverines on the journey of a lifetime to Rome. Harbaugh hopes that this team bonding experience will better prepare them for the season ahead, which kicks off against the ranked Florida Gators. But first, his players must find their dorm rooms.
As Michigan enters the second half against Florida, the quarterback situation remains unstable. Coach Harbaugh must figure out a way to overcome a halftime deficit and win the season opener. Back on campus, the young Wolverines start classes and acclimate to life as student athletes while the first home game of the year approaches.
Wide receiver Tarik Black battles injury, putting pressure on his best friend and teammate Donovan Peoples-Jones to step up. Inconsistent play by quarterback Wilton Speight continues until one play changes his future.
Tensions arise when the Wolverines face off in a drenching rain against archrival, Michigan State. After the emotional game, linebacker Devin Bush Jr and running back Karan Higdon turn to family for support. For Higdon, that means a game of hoops with his young daughter, who moved all the way from Florida with his parents to support his football career at Michigan.
Quarterback John O'Korn feels added pressure prepping for a game against Penn State in his hometown. He and offensive tackle Grant Newsome find hope and inspiration from a young Michigan fan whose challenges far outpace their own. As O'Korn continues to struggle, Coach Harbaugh must decide if it's time to play sophomore quarterback Brandon Peters.
After a stellar performance, quarterback Brandon Peters is the talk of the town, but Coach Harbaugh remains uncertain as to which quarterback will get the start against Minnesota. Meanwhile, injured QB Wilton Speight is anxious to complete rehab for his spine injury and return to the team.
The Michigan Wolverines have a shot to turn their rough year around with big games against undefeated Wisconsin and storied rival, Ohio State. Coach Harbaugh and the entire Wolverine team enjoy Thanksgiving with their families. Brandon Peters' injury opens the door back up for John O'Korn to reclaim the starting position, but old habits die hard.
After back-to-back disappointing losses, the Wolverines have one shot at redemption in the Outback Bowl against the South Carolina Gamecocks. Quarterback Brandon Peters returns to the starting lineup. Defenders Maurice "Mo" Hurst and linebacker Mike McCray must rise to the occasion to finish their last year of college football on top.
