Series following former The Only Way is Essex star Amy Childs along her pregnancy journey as she prepares to welcome twins.
Amy and Billy prepare for the twins' arrival by setting up car seats, assembling buggies and packing the hospital bag. Amy goes into labour but finds herself rushed into theatre.
Amy is forced to have an emergency C-Section due to a sudden complication. Her daughter is delivered first, but her son is taken to intensive care. The shock of parenting twins comes hard and fast for Amy and Bill.
