Atomic is a dynamic and entertaining action-fuelled adventure. When Max and Mohammed, two unlikely friends – and even less likely heroes – become swept up in a cartel's plot to transport uranium across North Africa, they face a monumental decision: save themselves or risk everything to prevent a nuclear bomb getting into the wrong hands.
In Beirut, deep cover CIA agent Cassandra Bryce receives a tip off about an exchange of uranium that has apparently just taken place in the city, close to where Max and JJ are now laying low, and decides to investigate. Meanwhile, Max receives evidence that the cartel has kidnapped his girlfriend Laetitia and he must take the statues all the way to Marrakech if he is to save her.
Max and JJ are forced to try and secure safe passage to Marrakech through Syria, a country that hides a troubled past for one of them. Meanwhile, Cassie's former CIA colleague Mark Ellis lands in Syria to help her catch the two fugitives.
In Marrakesh, Max and JJ prepare for the uranium exchange with the cartel, all under the watchful eye of Cassie.
Max and JJ are swept up in a chaotic, high-stakes mission they never signed up for: trafficking uranium across North Africa.
