Cory is your average guy. He has a best friend from the other side of the tracks, a teacher that constantly keeps him on his toes, and a friend named Topanga whom he has trouble understanding. With the support of his parents and his brother Eric, Cory learns to cope with the roller coaster called growing up.
After road tripping across the county all summer, Cory is ready to go home but Eric is resistant.
Topanga tries to prove a point to Cory that looks don't matter but she ends up becoming obsessed with her looks.
Alan decides to quit his job without discussing it with Amy.
Shawn's mother finally returns to town; Cory is upset when the beloved school lunch lady passes away.
Eric begins dating a constantly perky musician, when they break up she goes dark and writes a song about Eric.
Shawn's father finally gets full-time employment....as a janitor at school.
Cory gets his tonsils taken out; Eric is selected to appear on the MTV dating show, 'Singled Out'.
Shawn helps a friend who is being abused by her father.
Cory has conflicting obligations when helping Frankie at his father's wrestling match coincides with Topanga's birthday party.
Cory and Shawn convince their families to have Thanksgiving dinner together.
Shawn gets back together with a very pretty and popular girl but she wants him to dump Cory.
Cory gets a job at a local restaurant but quits when he finds out that it is run by the mafia but Shawn doesn't have the same concerns and takes the job.
With Mr. Feeny out of town, Shawn turns his home into a bed and breakfast; Eric attends an out of town convention for the store.
Cory disappoints Alan when he goes to get his license without him.
In order to get a better understanding of what girls think and feel, Cory and Shawn go undercover.
Eric sees Shawn and Topanga hug and kiss at Chubbie's, when Cory confronts the two he learns that the truth is much worse.
Cory has trouble adjusting now that Topanga has moved to Pittsburgh.
Eric begins dating a girl who has a young son.
Cory and Shawn fill in on a game show Topanga has been selected to appear on, they end up becoming so popular the game show becomes less about smarts and more about pop culture knowledge.
Alan fires Eric from the store after he messes up again; Mr. Feeny is concerned that Eric is wasting his potential.
Shawn ends up being recruited into a cult; Mr. Turner is an accident.
Cory and Shawn accompany Eric to Beach State; Mr. Feeny encourages Eric to consider Pennbrook.
