Season 9 / Episode 6 and airs on 09 July 2020 02:03
Most people in Las Vegas bet with chips, but Danny "The Count" Koker bets with cars. Known from his numerous appearances on Pawn Stars, this Sin City legend walks, talks and breathes classic American muscle cars. When he sees a car he wants, he will do whatever it takes to get his hands on it—including making on-the-spot cash offers to unsuspecting owners. On the HISTORY series Counting Cars, Danny and his team restore, customize and sell cars in a hurry, scrambling to keep their Las Vegas shop in the black. From vintage Thunderbirds to classic Corvettes, toy cars to souped-up sidecar motorcycles, Danny and the crew of Count's Kustoms will stop at nothing to find and flip the greatest rides of all time.
It's an all-out blitz as Danny and the guys attempt to complete a 1961 Cadillac Coup de Ville in order to get not one, but two Count Kustoms cars into the world's biggest auto trade show. What will the car world think of the '61 Caddy and the extremely rare '62 Kellison? Meanwhile, Danny comes face to face with something from his past.
A couple from Miami enlists Danny and the Counts Kustom crew to raise money and awareness to combat a very rare disease. Meanwhile, Ryan and Shannon transform a valuable 1954 Harley Davidson Panhead motorcycle to its former glory.
Danny finds the perfect car - a 1966 Corvette Stingray. But can he convince the owner to let it go? Meanwhile, the Count's Kustoms Crew takes Danny's latest SEMA creation, a '61 Cadillac De Ville, to a Palm Springs car auction to find a buyer.
Danny trusts Horny Mike to paint a Medieval mural on a '73 GMC Pick Up truck, and soon regrets his decision. Danny also stumbles upon a rare Carroll Shelby designed sportster while hunting for a client's dream car and Shannon and Ryan turn a Harley Davidson into the world's coolest birthday gift.
It's all hands on deck when Danny and the guys get to work transforming a 1960 Volkswagen Bus into a high end luxury beach cruiser. But an unexpected hiccup threatens to derail the whole project. Meanwhile, Ryan and Ghetto Bob give a very rare 1963 Split window Corvette a wicked facelift.
