Discovery Health Body Challenge

In its fifth season, the "Discovery Health Body Challenge" is an exciting series featuring six contestants, paired with physical trainers, who compete to make the most positive lifestyle change in 16 weeks. Then six months later, we revisit the participants to reveal how they have maintained their new lifestyles. Film Garden is currently producing a Celebrity Body Challenge and a National Body Challenge.
