From high school graduations to wedding bells, both Kim Zolciak-Biermann and Caroline Manzo must learn to let go and let live as their children embark on the next chapter of their lives. This season on Don't Be Tardy... : Kim's life continues to speed up as she juggles six kids, three new dogs and a possible move from Atlanta for Kroy's football career. This season is all about growing up as Kim and Kroy's eldest daughter Brielle graduates from high school and begins to plan life outside of the nest, while Ariana continues amaze her parents with her work ethic, but also terrify them with her boy-crazy behavior. Always the matchmaker, Kim continues to help her friends with their love lives, from the family Chef, Tracey, to her confidant and stylist, Shun, she is determined to find their soulmates. As Brielle's relationship with her boyfriend, Slade, gets more serious, Kim and Kroy want to get to know the potential "in-laws" better and bring the two families together for some fun in the sun. With family trips to Destin, Florida, Los Angeles and Kim's hometown of Windsor Locks, Connecticut, this Biermann bonanza is chalk-full of hilarity and hijinks, so hold on to your wigs for a wild ride in "Don't Be Tardy...".
After performing on ``Dancing With the Stars,'' Kim suffers from a stroke which leads to major heart surgery; as a result of her ordeal, Kim makes a decision to add to her family of six.
Kroy enters NFL free agency, which means a big move could be on the horizon; Ariana dreads having to start high school in a new city; Brielle becomes Kim's newest assistant but struggles to meet her demands.
Tracey's family join her for a day at an animal shelter; Kim's baby fever spikes when she encounters puppies; Kroy objects to taking a dog home from the shelter.
Kim and Kroy pack up all six children and head to Kroy's hometown of Hardin, Mo.; the younger children are in heaven, while Ariana and Brielle are just happy to get cell service; Kim longs for the comforts of her own home.
While Kim loves seeing Kroy in his element in Montana, she misses Atlanta with her Starbucks and walk-in closet; as the vacation comes to an end, Kroy gets a call from his agent that may determine the family's fate.
Kim, Kroy and Tracey head to a casino; Kim withdraws $25,000 as part of her strategy to win big; Brielle gambles on love and goes on her first date since breaking up with Slade.
Even though Brielle is working as Kim's assistant, she still dreams of becoming a celebrity news reporter. So the family's publicist, has set up a meeting with Access Hollywood in hopes they would offer her a position. Kim and Kroy will be joining her along with KJ, for his first audition. Kim also has a meeting with her skincare company, so when Kroy gets a call from the Buffalo Bills, her anxiety rises as she finds herself traveling alone with a useless Brielle and a hyper KJ.
Dreams are within reach for both Brielle and KJ in Tinseltown. Access Hollywood puts Brielle's improv and kitchen cleaning skills to the test, while KJ's acting audition gets him one step closer to being crowned the next Tom Cruise. Back home in Atlanta, Chef Tracey's new "fancy" menu is ready to be served, but she has a trick up her sleeve that could send the Biermann's back to basics.
With all the uncertainty surrounding the future, Kim recognizes that Ariana is in the toughest spot, and plans a mother-daughter bonding day that includes a whole lot of teen angst; Kroy wonders if Brielle is ready for a cross-country move.
Kroy calls for a family fun day to distract from the stress of a looming change; things quickly turn from fun and games to sibling rivalry when Kroy offers the winner a $1,000 prize; Tracey's girlfriend is headed to Atlanta to meet her in person.
